Pre-registration for Short and Numeric .tel Landrush now open at EuroDNS
The official launch for short, two-character (alpha-numeric) and numeric only .TEL domains is finally here. Get your applications in early to lock down the .TEL domain you’ve been waiting for!

EuroDNS is now accepting pre-orders for the launch of .TEL short and numeric domain names.

Whether you wish to:

Protect your brand by securing short (aa.tel) and number-only trademark names (247.tel or 3663.tel) as well as keypad variants for any vanity phone numbers you are using (085rose.tel and 0857673.tel).

Run marketing campaigns and customer services using shortcode numbers and matching .tel names. For example, an 08457 shortcode can be used for directory enquiries or a voting platform with detailed information published on the matching 08457.tel name.

Get a fun easy-to-remember name with your initials or your lucky number.

There are 1,042 Short 2 character .tel domains becoming available at 15:00 UCT on the 1st June 2011 under the Landrush policy (along with thousands of numeric-only .tel domains, up to 7 digits in length).

Any that aren't snapped up during the 14 day Landrush period will become available to register at 15:00 UCT on the 14th June 2011 at regular price of just 18€ each per year.

Landrush applications are subject to a premium non-refundable fee of 124 € on top of the usual registration fee.

During the Landrush period, domain names will be registered on a first-come first-served basis. Regular .tel domain registrations will continue to be allowed during this period.
