1. In your EuroDNS account, go to My Domains > Transfers
2. Enter the domain to transfer
3. Click Initiate transfer
4. Follow instructions to complete the transfer order
Note for gTLDs (.biz, .com, .info, .mobi .net, .org, etc.):
- Auth code is required. You can ask it your current registrar.
- Domain must be unlocked. You can ask it to your current registrar.
Note for ccTLDs (.de, .cn, .fr, .es, .us, etc.):
- Auth code is required for some ccTLDs. You can ask it to your current registrar.
- Additional information is required for some ccTLD, such as company registration number, trademark number, etc.
An internal transfer describes a domain transfer between two EuroDNS accounts.
1/ The losing account initiates the internal transfer:
- In the EuroDNS account, go to My Domains > Manage my domains
- Select the domains to transfer to the other EuroDNS account
- Click the 'OK' button on the page bottom-left
- Enter the login of the gaining account
- Click Transfer
2/ The gaining account approves the internal transfer:
- In the EuroDNS account, go to My Domains > Transfers
- Click the tab Internal transfer
- In the field Internal TransferIns, approve the internal transfer
An authorization code is required for gTLDs (.biz, .com, .info, .mobi, .net, .org, etc.) and most ccTLDs (.at, .ch, .cn, .us, etc.) to initiate/validate domain transfers.
If you wish to transfer your domain to EuroDNS, contact your current registrar in order to get the authorization code.
If you wish to transfer your domain from EuroDNS to another registrar, follow the steps below:
1. Log on to your EuroDNS account
2. Go to item My domains > Manage my domains
3. Click on the concerned domain
4. In the field Transfer to another (located in the page bottom), click Registrar
5. Click Confirm
6. The auth code will be sent to the account email

2. Go to My domains > Manage my domains
3. Click on the domain to unlock
4. Click Unlock on the page bottom
Note: If you want to lock your domain again, contact our support.

2. Click the tab Bulk registrar transfer
3. Insert the domain names to transfer
4. Select the contacts to apply
5. Select the nameservers to apply
6. Click Initiate bulk transfer
7. Follow instructions to complete the transfer order

To transfer your domain away, you need to contact your new registrar that will inform you about their procedure. Depending on the TLD, they might require you to unlock your domain and provide the authorization code. If so, you can process as described below:
To get the authorization code (if required):
1. Log on to your EuroDNS account
2. Go to My domains > Manage my domains
3. Click on the concerned domain
4. In the field Transfer to another (on the page bottom), click Registrar
5. Click Confirm
6. The auth code will be sent to the account email
To unlock the domain (if required):
1. Log on to your EuroDNS account,
2. Go to My domains > Manage my domains
3. Click on the domain to unlock
4. Click Unlock on the page bottom
