You can check your mailbox using our webmail or an email client. Please note that our outgoing server (smtp) requires authentication.
1. Via our webmail:
- Log on to http://webmail.eurodns.com/
- Enter your email address
- Type your password then click on Login
2. Via an email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.). Settings to apply:

IMAP is not activated by default. To activate IMAP, follow the steps below:
1. In your EuroDNS account, go to My Mails > Manage
2. Click on Modify Account Information
3. Under the IMAP field, select Enabled
4. Click on Submit
Then you can use the following settings into your email application:
- IMAP: imap10.eurodns.com
- Default port non secure or TLS : 143
- SSL port : 993
1. In your EuroDNS account, go to My Domains > Manage my domains
2. Select the desired domain
3. Click Need more emails accounts
4. Check information already filled-in (login, name, email)
5. Select the email package
6. Submit your request
It will take up to 24 hours to add mailboxes.
1. Connect to http://webmail.eurodns.com/
2. Enter your email address
3. Type your password then click Login
1. In your EuroDNS account, go to My Mails > Manage
2. Click the Manage button right to the requested email
3. In the field Aliases, fill the new alias then click Add
Note: you can create up to 10 aliases
1. In your EuroDNS account, go to My Mails > Manage
2. Delete the mailbox
3. Go to My Mails > Create
4. Search for the domain
5. Click the Create button
6. Fill the required information
7. Click Create Account
Note: you can create an alias to redirect your old mailbox to the new one.
1. In your EuroDNS account, go to My Mails > Manage
2. Click the Manage button right to the requested email
3. In the field Account information, click Change password
4. Fill the current and the new password then save the changes
1. In your EuroDNS account, go to My Mails > Manage
2. Click the Manage button right to the concerned domain
3. Click the Manage button right to the concerned email
4. Click Reset Password
5. Enter the answer related to the secret question
6. Click Reset password
