To create a folder:
1. In your EuroDNS account, go to My Domains > Folders
2. Click Add a new folder
3. A new folder has been added

To modify a folder:
1. In your EuroDNS account, go to My Domains > Folders
2. Click the Edit button of the related folder
3. Enter the new folder name and modify the folder location

1. In your EuroDNS account, go to My Domains > Manage my domains
2. Select the domains to move
3. In the listbox [Move to folder], select the destination folder
4. Click the Edit button of the related folder to edit the folder name and location

In your EuroDNS account, go to My Domains > Pendings to view pending actions.

Note: a few actions may require your intervention, such as the action "Waiting for client information". This action states that we need further information from your side to process your order. Simply click on the bell of the corresponding action, fill out and save the missing information and the process will continue automatically.

In your EuroDNS account, go to My Domains > Shared access

To create a shared access group
- Click Create a new shared access group
- Fill the required information then click Create

To modify a shared access group
- Click the Edit button of the related group
- Fill the new information then click Update

To add a shared access
- Click New shared access
- Fill the required information
- Click Add

1. Connect to https://eurodns.com/folderManagers/login
2. Enter the account login for which a folder access was granted
3. Type the login of your shared access
4. Type your password then click Enter

To apply a basic filter:
- In your EuroDNS account, go to My Domains > Manage my domains
- Type the keyword in the filter box. For example, type '.com' to view only .com domains

To apply an advanced filter:
- Click Advanced filter
- You can create a filter by TLD, folder name, creation/expiration date, name servers, etc.
- You can load the requested domains from a text file. Click Load selection from a text list. Enter the list of domains separated by a new line or a coma (,)

1. In your EuroDNS account, go to My Domains > Manage my domains
2. Select the domain folder to export
3. Click Export my domains on the page bottom
4. Select the details to export and the options to apply
5. Click Export
